Honduras (Bon Café) Single Origin
100% Arabica Coffee

This coffee is grown in a small municipal town in Honduras called Marcala in the department of La Paz. Which is made popular by it’s coffee production. It is grown at an altitude of 1350m above sea level, this places it in the SHG (strictly high grown) category of coffees. A simple rule of thumb goes, high altitude = high quality.

A medium roast profile is used to emphasise a full bodied coffee flavour, highlighting hints of chocolate leaving the palate with a lingering, nutty after-taste.
